Over forty and in a bit of a midlife crisis, Tunisian film director Raouf is prone to excessive drinking when not engaged in an argument with his French-born wife Lou (Marianne Basler). One respite to Raouf's dreary life is a recent film assignment -- to shoot an autobiographical film about his childhood. While working on the script, Raouf recalls his childhood home life under the strictures instituted by his devoutly religious father. The polar opposite of Raouf's father was his uncle Mansour, a jolly, life-loving soul who introduced Raouf to cinema through his work as a wandering film projectionist, which angered and shocked his father to no end but proved to be the most pivotal development in the youngster's life. Through cinema, Raouf found his place in this world and came-of-age -- something he may have to revisit in his adult life if he wishes to salvage his marriage.

A special live broadcast on both BBC and UTV, hosted by Eamonn Holmes, celebrating the best of Northern Ireland television over the past 60 years and marking the occasion of digital switchover.

The story of how two boys from war-torn Germany turned their never-ending dreams into reality. The story is recounted within the virtual realms of the magic box, a surreal environment where past and present converge into 3D storybook reflections on their life's journey.

A woman who has been given a box to deliver to a destination which doesn't exist

Under the rules, we are in a box, and within the box is one game after another. This movie uses the game as a metaphorical vehicle to explore the conflict between social discipline and self-will.

Episodes: 1.Rich's Mother 2.Matt's Diary 3.Punchline 4.Oh Brothers 5.Love Triangle 6.Wedding BBC3 has brought some fantastic comedy shows to our screens over the last few years like little Britain and the mighty boosh. Snuff box is no exception, in fact it is hilarious and my favourite show of 06, though it isn't to everyones taste. Matt berry and Rich Fulcher star as a hangman and his American assistant respectably, It is based somewhere in upper class London, which for some reason has a lot mentally ill people roaming the streets. The pair spend their days hanging condemned souls for cash, chasing women and sitting in their rather posh gentleman's club sipping whiskey. The plot may seem strange but believe me, the comedy moments are priceless and couldn't be achieved by any other show, for example, the execution scenes where we see lads doing their job, hanging criminals with the priest who would rather be down the 'rubber dub' than stand around reading the last rights all day. It may seem sick but it is funny. With original music including the awesome theme tune (written and composed by Berry),various sketch-like scenes and the incredible comedy double act of Berry and Fulcher, all in all a top show which, if you give it a chance, will have you in stitches.

A scientist uses groundbreaking technology to communicate with the deceased but once he is through the looking glass, there is no turning back.

The owner of the house invites her to stay for the night and the secrets of the chest start to unravel. The girl finally manages to track down the trunk, bought by a rich gentleman who lives in a fairly isolated house in the suburbs. Initially kind, he later turns out to be a ferocious homicidal maniac who killed his wife and locked her in the chest. The lord will also imprison Jane, making her little more than a doll of flesh and blood, with the intention of marrying her, but...
